Next week begins our new class for the littles! A weekly Wednesday 10:30-11:15am class for ages 3-5 that you can sign up for by week. Think yoga + sweet moments + mindful story time (yoga themed of course!). Parents may participate or your kiddos can take class solo.

If you mix yoga, creative art, mindfulness, and a whole lot of fun all together, you will find it at Butterfly Kids Yoga’s summer camps. An engaging and fulfilling experience for kids over the summer! This year, we are offering one camp in July and one in August, for ages 5-8 and 9-12.

Two community events you don't want to miss!

I’m thrilled to announce Butterfly Kids Yoga and Yoga 170’s partnership with the brand new DICK’S Sporting Goods — House of Sport Rochester!

Two yoga events — one awesome new store.
This brand new store is the first of it’s kind and is a true destination for sports. Honestly, it’s an EXPERIENCE. There will be a turf field at the store, an ice-skating rink in the winter, a rock wall for year-round climbing, a wellness area, a focus on supporting local, and so much more.

It’s opening in just a few weeks and we are teaming up to host a Parent + Child class AND a Morning Yoga Adult class inside the beautiful new space. So exciting! Details and how to sign up below.
